Enter the Internet Registry (ETIR) is a small program, does not need to install but can significantly speed up your Internet connection.

After the download of, you run the file, select the appropriate connection with it. The program will ask you to restart the computer to take effect. Also, if you understand the parameters of the registry, the program makes it easy to change them in the Advance mode without accessing system registry.
